3-Day Easy Exchange

If something feels off with your order, we’ve got you covered.

You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The fit or feel wasn’t what you expected

We’ll make sure you’re not stuck with something you don’t like.

How it works

  • Raise a request within 3 days of delivery via care@4-20.inor WhatsApp
  • Share a quick photo of the issue (unboxing video helps but is optional)
  • Once approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps (pickup or self-ship)
  • Replacement will be dispatched after a quick quality check

Timeline

  • Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
  • Replacement is initiated within 3–5 working days after approval

Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be intact
  • Exchange is subject to a basic quality check
