3-Day Easy Exchange
If something feels off with your order, we’ve got you covered.
You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The fit or feel wasn’t what you expected
We’ll make sure you’re not stuck with something you don’t like.
How it works
- Raise a request within 3 days of delivery via care@4-20.inor WhatsApp
- Share a quick photo of the issue (unboxing video helps but is optional)
- Once approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps (pickup or self-ship)
- Replacement will be dispatched after a quick quality check
Timeline
- Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
- Replacement is initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging should be intact
- Exchange is subject to a basic quality check
