All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped thereafter. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location. Shipping delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept exchanges in case of:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item delivered
Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. As of the current date, returns are not available. For details, refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy].
7. Order Cancellations
As products are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production begins. Please double-check your order details before placing it.

4-20.in is not currently registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) system in India. Therefore, we do not collect or charge GST on product sales.
In cases where a shipping label accompanying your order displays a GST breakdown, please note that such GST pertains solely to logistics and courier services levied by our third-party fulfillment and shipping partners. This GST is not collected by us, nor is it part of your payment to 4-20.in. The shipping label is generated for logistics purposes only.
The official invoice for your order will be provided separately and will not include GST. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that GST mentioned on the shipping label is not part of the product pricing or invoice issued by 4-20.in.
Please note: The shipping label is not a tax invoice and should not be treated as one.
